FACULTY

      Qualified and experienced teachers have long been the hallmark of the member schools of the DPS Society. Teaching faculty at Al Falah International School-DPS Jeddah comprises the best of local talents teamed with teachers from India. To achieve this ideal blend, every teacher at the school is thoroughly assessed for his/her competence in the concerned subject by a panel of experienced and committed academicians.

TEACHING METHODOLOGY

      Our teaching methodology is essentially child-centred and learning consists of highly inter-active experiences emphasizing explanation of concepts and development of ideas through classroom discussion and a completely hands-on approach.

      Text books and all the study materials are chosen keeping in mind the demands of the times and the taught in order to optimise learning through subject matter that is extensive in coverage and attractive in presentation.

MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION

      English is the medium of instruction for all the subjects across all the grade levels.

THE SCHOOL YEAR

      The academic session at Al Falah DPS commences in April and ends in March of the next calendar year. The school breaks for vacations during the summer months,Ramadaan and Haj.
